Intel Releases Xeon 6 Series Server Processors for Agentic AI & HPC
Intel officially launched Xeon 6 series data center processors, divided into P-core performance version and E-core high-density efficient version, built for agentic AI, cloud native services and high-performance computing.
The Xeon 6 platform supports DDR5 memory and PCIe 5.0 interface, with improved UPI and CXL interconnect technology. Compared with previous generation Xeon, it delivers up to 2X AI processing performance and supports rack consolidation to reduce total data center TCO.
Xeon 6 processors are widely used in AI inference, enterprise database, CDN and edge computing workloads. The modular design allows flexible configuration of core counts, memory bandwidth and I/O resources to meet different customer requirements.
