SK hynix MRDIMM (Multiplexed Rank DIMM) DDR5 memory module is designed to eliminate memory bandwidth bottlenecks for AI and high-performance computing servers.
MRDIMM technology can access two ranks inside one sub-channel at the same time, delivering at least 37% higher bandwidth than traditional DDR5 RDIMM. It supports transfer speed up to 8800 MT/s, greatly accelerating large model inference and simulation tasks.
This module maintains standard DIMM form factor, so customers can upgrade existing servers without redesigning hardware. It is fully compatible with AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon latest server platforms.
