SK hynix 256GB DDR5 RDIMM Passes Intel Xeon 6 Platform Certification
SK hynix announced its 256GB DDR5 RDIMM server memory module has completed Intel Data Center certification, becoming the first high-capacity DRAM module validated for the new Intel Xeon 6 server platform.
This memory module adopts advanced 5th-generation 10nm-class 1b DRAM die. It supports ECC error correction and stable high-speed operation under heavy data center loads. Fully compatible with Xeon 6 series CPUs, it delivers reliable performance for virtualization, large database and AI inference servers.
The 256GB RDIMM supports standard DDR5 bus speed and provides excellent signal integrity in dual-socket server systems. Data center operators can expand server memory capacity without changing the existing chassis design.
